1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pakgim ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating at the domain pakgim.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the pakgim website, including all content, services, tools, features and functionality made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, accessing any game or otherwise using the pakgim Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform and close your account where one has been created.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a User on the pakgim Platform, through which the User accesses services, manages funds and places wagers.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations or bonus amounts credited to an Account, which are subject to separate bonus terms and conditions.
• "Content" means all text, images, data, software, audio, video, odds, game outcomes and other material available on or through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and eligibility verification process required before a User may deposit, withdraw or access full Platform features.
• "Operator" means the entity responsible for the day-to-day operation, licensing and management of the pakgim Platform.
• "Services" means the sports betting, live casino, virtual sports and any other gambling or gaming products made available through the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a financial stake placed by a User on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game or other eligible event through the Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" means any country, region or jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

Registration on and use of the pakgim Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. This restriction is non-negotiable and absolute. Pakgim employs age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to have been created by or on behalf of a minor will be closed immediately, all Bonus Funds will be voided and any remaining Balance may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

Users are solely responsible for confirming that use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or transacting. Pakgim does not claim to hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. If your jurisdiction prohibits online gambling, you must not use this Platform.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User may hold only one registered Account at any time. If duplicate accounts are identified, pakgim reserves the right to merge, suspend or close the duplicate account(s), void any associated Bonus Funds and withhold or adjust the relevant Balance pending review.

3.4 Account Registration Accuracy

You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false, misleading or outdated information — including name, date of birth, address, contact details or payment information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and fund review.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment rails, including bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, and e-wallet channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast, as familiar local references only. Availability of any specific payment method is determined by the Operator and subject to change without notice. None of the referenced payment providers endorse, affiliate with or confirm support for gambling on this Platform.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method, Account tier and applicable compliance requirements. All limits are expressed in PKR unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds; (c) standard compliance and anti-money-laundering checks; and (d) the Operator's internal processing schedule. Pakgim does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Bank transfers typically take longer to process than e-wallet withdrawals.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless your Account is configured for an alternative currency by the Operator. Where currency conversion is required, applicable exchange rates and fees will be disclosed at the time of transaction.

4.5 Responsibility for Transactions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal instructions are accurate before confirming a transaction. Pakgim accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by the User.

5. Betting Rules and Wager Acceptance

5.1 Wager Acceptance

A Wager is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform system and a reference number is issued. Until such confirmation is received, no Wager has been placed. Pakgim reserves the right to decline or void any Wager at its discretion, including where odds have been published in error, where technical faults have occurred, or where the Wager would violate these Terms.

5.2 Cricket and PSL Markets

Cricket betting markets — including Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are subject to official match rules as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, PCB or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs or otherwise materially altered, market settlement rules specific to that event type will apply as published within the Platform.

5.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered at the Operator's discretion. Odds in live markets are updated in real time and reflect current match state. Pakgim reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without prior notice, including during critical match phases, data feed outages or integrity reviews.

5.4 Void Bets and Errors

Wagers placed at incorrect or manifestly erroneous odds may be voided by the Operator. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's Account. The Operator is not obligated to honour wagers that were clearly placed at odds resulting from a system error, feed failure or manual input mistake.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per event, per bet type and per day apply. These limits are set by the Operator and displayed within the Platform. Pakgim reserves the right to limit the size of Wagers accepted from any individual User at any time without explanation.

6. Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and loyalty rewards, are subject to individual terms. Eligibility is determined by the Operator at its sole discretion and may depend on Account verification status, deposit method, Account history and geographic location.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover"). This means you must bet the applicable multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. For illustrative purposes only: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement would require PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is met. Always verify the actual rollover multiple applicable to any specific offer.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

While a bonus is active on your Account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the Bonus Funds being voided and associated winnings being forfeited. The applicable maximum is displayed in the individual bonus terms at the time of the offer.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated free bets expire if not used or the wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account without replacement.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

Pakgim reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings and close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, coordinated staking strategies designed to exploit promotional offers, or any other form of fraudulent activity is identified.

7. Responsible Gambling Obligations

7.1 Player Responsibility

Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling behaviour, including setting and adhering to personal deposit limits, session budgets and loss thresholds.

7.2 Available Tools

Pakgim provides responsible gambling tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options — accessible through your Account settings. We strongly encourage all users to engage with these tools proactively.

8. Intellectual Property

All Content on the pakgim Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, odds presentations, game interfaces, software and data compilations — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially exploit any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time:

1. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms;
2. Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
3. Use automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
4. Engage in collusion, match-fixing or any other form of sports or game manipulation;
5. Use funds derived from unlawful activities to deposit on the Platform;
6. Attempt to exploit software bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
7. Harass, abuse or otherwise behave inappropriately toward Platform support staff or other users;
8. Circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies or other anonymisation technologies;
9. Register or operate more than one Account on the Platform;
10. Transfer Account credentials or funds to or from any third-party Account without the Operator's consent.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, voiding of all pending wagers and Bonus Funds, withholding of Account Balance pending investigation, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakgim and its Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, winnings, data or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, technical outages, data feed errors or platform downtime;
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment processors;
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, applicable law or the Operator's policies.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific Wager, bet settlement or Account transaction, you must raise the matter with pakgim's customer support in the first instance, providing all relevant documentation. The Operator's decision shall be final in relation to bet settlement disputes except where manifestly erroneous.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Pakgim reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity;
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities or payment processors;
• Extended Account inactivity (subject to any applicable dormancy policy);
• Your voluntary request to close your Account.

On termination of your Account for cause, Bonus Funds will be voided. Real-money Balance remaining after the deduction of any funds subject to review or withholding will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and applicable processing timelines.

13. Privacy and Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Pakgim implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Full details of your rights — including rights to access, correction, deletion and data portability — are set out in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Pakgim reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
